About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and skilled Sales Department Specialist to join our team. You will play a key role in driving sales, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the growth of our company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and reach out to potential clients

• Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers

• Present and promote company services

• Negotiate deals and prepare commercial offers

• Achieve sales targets and KPIs set by management

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:
✔️ Fluent in Uzbek, Russian, and English
✔️ Proven experience in sales
✔️ Excellent communication and negotiation skills
✔️ Proactive, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
✔️ Strong interpersonal skills and client-focused mindset
