Sales Manager (Category A)

Central Asian University is looking for a Sales Manager (Category A) to join and strengthen our Admissions team. We are seeking a proactive, goal-oriented, and client-focused professional who will play a key role in recruiting students and promoting the university’s academic programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming calls and consult potential students;

• Understand client needs and offer appropriate educational programs;

• Ensure adherence to service quality standards;

• Collect essential client data (name, inquiry reason, referral source) and enter it into the CRM.

• Maintain and updаtеclient database using Bitrix24 CRM;

• Log all incoming and missed calls with relevant details;

• Ensure follow-ups are completed within 24 hours;

• Maintain accurate and comprehensive records to support planning and performance tracking.

• Invite clients for in-person consultations and support them through the enrollment process;

• Participate in external events such as education fairs and exhibitions;

• Analyze client needs to recommend the most suitable training programs;

• Improve client satisfaction through personalized service and targeted offerings.

Candidate Requirements:

• Education: Higher professional education (required)

• Work Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a similar role, including at least 2 years in a leadership position

• Languages:

  • Required:
    ▪ Russian – fluent
    ▪ Uzbek – fluent

  • Preferred:
    ▪ English – intermediate or higher

Technical and Software Skills:

• Standard Software:
  ▪ Microsoft Windows OS
  ▪ MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  ▪ MS Outlook
  ▪ MS Teams

• Specialized Software:
  ▪ Bitrix24 CRM

Working Conditions:

• Full-time, Monday to Friday (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
