We’re Hiring: Sales Managers (Front Desk & Call Center Positions Available!)
Location: Tashkent | Work Schedule: 6 days/week, 10 hours/day
Salary: 3,000,000 – 9,000,000 UZS (Performance-based)

Who We’re Looking For:

We’re hiring for two roles:
Call Center Operator – Engage potential students by phone, follow up on their interest, solve their concerns, and help them enroll.
Front-End Sales Manager – Greet and consult walk-in clients, handle messages via Telegram, Instagram, and phone, and help students make the right choice.

Both roles require strong sales and communication skills, a love for conversation, and a passion for helping people grow through education.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Selling our SAT courses to interested students and parents

• Communicating through Telegram, Instagram, phone, and face-to-face

• Informing current students about new group launches

• Following up with students about attendance or interest

• Supporting administrative tasks to help the center run smoothly

• Outgoing and easy-going personality

• Strong communication and people skills

• Fluent in Uzbek, Russian, and English

• Able to stay calm and focused under pressure

• Motivated, ambitious, and eager to improve every day

• Fire in the eyes!
