We are looking for a specialist who knows how to increase agent conversion rates and net sales through real skill development, not through formal or “check-the-box” training. This role is about enforcing standards, working with data, and delivering measurable sales results.What you will do:

Increase agent conversion and net sales by implementing mandatory standards for core sales skills
-
Identify skill-driven conversion losses at each funnel stage using CRM data and eliminate them through corrective training
-
Standardize sales skills across local and overseas teams by enforcing mandatory certification gates tied to real performance results
-
Reduce agent ramp-up time by allowing full lead volume only after readiness criteria are met
-
Hold trainers accountable for post-training performance uplift by tracking CRM metrics before and after training
-
Eliminate ineffective training content by shutting down modules that fail to deliver measurable conversion improvements

Enforce adoption of approved sales scripts and objection-handling techniques through call audits and CRM outcome analysis
What we expect:

Experience in Sales Enablement, sales skills development, sales training, or sales performance management

Strong ability to work with CRM systems, sales funnels, and conversion metrics

Clear understanding of how specific sales skills directly impact business results
