ASBIS Group is a leading distributor and provider of ICT, IoT, and robotic products in EMEA. We are seeking a talented Sales Team Lead (STL) to join our team. The primary role of STL is to build the partner channel and deliver targeted sales results for Prestigio Solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Build and establish cooperation with resellers and integrators of AV solutions.
- Lead consultative sales and enterprise project management.
- Negotiate at C-level and create business proposals.
- Proactively scope business solutions to address customer requirements.
- Coach and develop sales team members.
- Coordinate closely with internal sales, technical, and service resources.
- Prospect for new partners, resellers, and integrators.
- Research and build relationships with new clients and partners.
- Identify decision makers within client organizations.
- Handle objections and secure commitments to close deals.
- Deliver targeted sales results for Prestigio Solutions and related brands.
- Generate leads and manage sales projects.
- Ensure accurate data management in CRM and sales systems.
- Achieve stable revenue and GP growth.
- Respond promptly to requests from clients, partners, and colleagues.
- Meet or exceed planned results.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Strong English communication skills
- 3-5 years of sales experience in relevant technological products and solutions.
- Team-player attitude with a high comfort level working collaboratively.
- Preferred knowledge in software and apps sales.
- Preferred experience in solution evaluations, project management, and business analysis.
- Skills in networking, persuasion, prospecting, public speaking, research, writing, closing sales, sales planning, CRM, and Microsoft Office.
