Tasks to be completed

• Evaluate the relevance and quality of search engine results
• Provide feedback to improve task execution
• Update and clarify task instructions and documentation
• Answer questions and offer recommendations within the task group
• Identify and report issues in task workflows
• Handle complex tasks requiring in-depth language expertise
• Assist with contributor onboarding and run training webinars
• Help review candidate pools for task eligibility
• Support project coordination and data collection

Join the project if you

• Are a native Uzbek speaker with strong cultural and linguistic awareness
• Know English at the B2 level or above to interact with international teams
• Have experience in training or task coordination (preferred)
• Pay attention to detail and communicate clearly
• Can work independently and handle a range of assignments

Equipment required

• Desktop or laptop computer
• Stable internet connection suitable for video calls

Project conditions

• Remote task format
• Service agreement with Mellow (option to collaborate as self-employed)
• Minimum involvement: 20 hours per week
• Task-based compensation (approximately $3.5/hour)
