About Baraka

We are Baraka, a high-impact national social project dedicated to digitalizing and simplifying social aid distribution across Uzbekistan. We are building a new, dedicated internal team to manage our communications, and we are looking for a strategic leader to own our digital voice and presence.

Responsibilities

As the Senior Content Manager, you will be the owner of the Baraka digital voice, responsible for strategy, execution, and performance.

I. Leadership and Strategy (The Owner)

• Develop the monthly/quarterly content strategy in line with our brand objectives and social mission.

• Supervise and lead the in-house content team: Graphic Designer, 2D/3D Video Editor, and Community Manager.

• Prepare the monthly analytics report with actionable recommendations, focusing on organic growth and audience sentiment.

• Analyze competitor activity and market trends to ensure our content is authoritative and engaging.

II. Content Creation and Coordination

• Develop and manage the weekly/monthly content calendar for all platforms (Telegram, Instagram, YouTube).

• Write all copy (posts, stories, video scripts, blog articles) in Uzbek (UZ) and Russian (RU).

• Oversee all copywriting (RU & UZ) for website blog articles.

• Should be able to write scripts for videos that are designed to drive organic views.

• Coordinate with key internal and external partners (NASP, Xalq Banki, Aloqabank) and the "Brand Face" to schedule and execute successful shoots.

• Plan and script larger content pieces (e.g., educational video series for YouTube).

III. Performance and Optimization

• Monitor organic traffic and engagement daily, adjusting tactics in real-time.

• Set up and manage chatbot systems (like ManyChat or ChatPlace) based on approved user scripts.

• Run paid ads on Telegram, Instagram, and Facebook, or efficiently manage the Media Buyer.

Requirements

• Experience: 3+ years in a senior SMM or Content Management role, with demonstrable experience in the GovTech, FinTech, or Social Impact/Startup sectors.

• Language Mastery: Flawless written and spoken Uzbek and Russian is mandatory.

• Leadership: Proven ability to supervise creative personnel and manage a content production pipeline effectively.

• Proactivity: Must be a self-starter who brings solutions and ideas to the table, demonstrating the "ownership" mindset we require.

• Technical Skills: Experience with content management tools, analytics platforms, and basic advertising setup (Meta/Telegram Ads).

Conditions

• Employment: Full-time, official employment contract.

• Location: At our office in Tashkent.

• Schedule: 9:00 – 18:00, Monday – Friday.
