Our team is seeking an experienced Senior Conversation Designer capable of designing user interaction scenarios with voice assistants and chatbots, ensuring smooth and intuitive communication interfaces. In this role, you’ll lead the development of dialogs for diverse business purposes, addressing both user needs and client requirements. Additionally, you'll manage a team of junior conversation designers.

Primary Focus:

• Design Dialog Flows: Define the most suitable sequence of questions and responses, formulate scripted replies, and adjust scenario paths to optimize user request comprehension.
• Test & Optimize: Test newly designed dialogs, analyze test results, and implement refinements to boost recognition accuracy and overall service quality.
• Work Together with Data Science Specialists: Сollaborate closely with data scientists to integrate advanced ML models and NLP techniques aimed at improving natural language processing.
• Data Analysis: Track usage metrics, identify bottlenecks, and propose solutions for optimization.
• Guide Junior Team Members: Mentor less-experienced designers through training, consultancy, and hands-on advice related to voice assistant and chatbot configurations.

Qualifications:

• Proven track record of at least two years in designing dialogs for voice assistants and chatbots.
• Sound grasp of fundamental NLP concepts and familiarity with machine learning approaches, coupled with enthusiasm for staying abreast of emerging tech trends.
• Hands-on expertise with industry-standard tools for dialog design (such as Dialogflow, Botpress, Rasa).
• Exceptional skill in writing clear, detailed guidelines and excellent attention to nuances when expressing ideas.
• Foundational coding knowledge (preferably Python, JavaScript) would be considered a plus.
• Fluency in reading technical documents written in English.
