Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer with a strong background in graphic design and significant experience in video editing. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a passion for creativity, and the ability to effectively communicate ideas visually. This role will involve working closely with our marketing team to create compelling visual content across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Designing engaging and creative graphics for digital and materials, including but not limited to: social media posts, website banners, email newsletters, advertisements, brochures, and presentations.
• Collaborating with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute design projects that align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
• Creating and editing videos for promotional purposes, including product demos, customer testimonials, and social media ads.
• Optimizing graphics and videos for web and mobile platforms, considering factors such as file size, resolution, and format compatibility.
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design and video editing, and incorporating new techniques and technologies into our workflow.
• Managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Providing constructive feedback and guidance to junior designers and interns, and assisting with their professional development.

  Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Art, Design, Creative, Multimedia, Advertising or Marketing
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in creating contents for marketing initiatives(ads, organic, etc)
• Proven experience working as a graphic designer in advertising materials, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creativity.
• Proficiency in Figma, and other relevant design software.
• Demonstrated expertise in advertising videos using video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
• Solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout principles, and other design fundamentals.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively articulate design concepts and receive feedback.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
• Strong English language skills
