Senior Marketing Specialist Central Asia

We are looking for Senior Marketing Specialist to join our team based in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. You will report to CECA Strategic Growth Marketing Manager. This position is responsible for the strategic marketing and operational marketing for Central Asia.

You will:

• Monitor market environment (customers, competitors and regulation) and share relevant information within CECA region.
• Understand and report customers strategies and long term roadmap.
• Assess market competition by comparing the company's product to competitors' products.
• Monitor the competitors’ activities within the sub-region and take part in the preparation of bi-monthly Competitors’ Newsletter.
• Prepare analysis, researches made internally or lead the projects conducted by the third party.
• Working with the regional commercial and the marketing team to develop tactics to respond to these activities and achieve competitive success.
• Create, prepare, and lead marketing campaigns and plans that generate growth.
• Gain a deep understanding of Industrial segments, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth.
• Provide information for management by preparing short-term and long-term product strategies and special reports and analyses.
• Lead the branding projects for AP facilities, assets, etc.
• Prepare the company events and organize company’s participation in third party events (conferences, exhibitions, etc.).
• Keep the local website up-to-date and filled with relevant information.
• Be responsible for all marketing expenditures and updаtеbudget on the regular basis.
• Be responsible for marketing warehouse and control the state and flow of printed materials, giveaways, etc.

You will have:

• Relevant professional degree.
• A minimum 6 years of total relevant professional experience.
• Proven knowledge and marketing experience.
• Customer facing experience.
• Analytical skills, ability to see bigger picture and come to the conclusions from analytics
• A sound understanding of budgeting, capital expenditure approvals and financial analysis.
• Ensure strong execution of the initiatives, both strategic and operational
• Excellent team skills and capability of successfully influencing at all levels.
• A structured approach to business processes that ensures compliance and accuracy while promoting simplicity.
• Excellent soft skills.
• Languages –English, Uzbek, Russian proficiency.
