Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate the work of city managers to ensure efficient execution of tasks and maintain high performance standards at retail locations.

• Oversee all sell-out performance, regularly monitor and analyze sales data to drive improvements and achieve sales growth.

• Analyze sales and operational data, develop and implement strategies to increase sales and optimize business processes.

• Provide support and assistance in managing operational tasks across the team, including staff training and development.

• Collaborate with other departments to align strategies and ensure the achievement of company-wide goals.

• Participate in the development and execution of strategic initiatives aimed at improving performance, sales, and customer experience.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in retail at a managerial level.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and implement data-driven decisions.

• Proven experience in managing teams and improving retail performance.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.

• Advanced level of English, Russian and Uzbek languages.

Work Schedule:

• Standard working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

• Location: Turkestan Street 12A.
