Senior Sales Specialist

1. Responsible for sales promotion strategies and marketing project management for different dealer stores, and formulate phased store sales promotion strategies based on the company's development goals;
2. Liaise with various departments to coordinate and integrate the internal resources, and implement store marketing and promotion work smoothly;
3. Establish experiential consumption scenarios to help offline retail stores improve consumption experience and brand loyalty;
4. Develop annual training plans to help offline retail stores understand basic product characteristics and selling points, and empower front-line sales;
5. Connect the store-side sales strategy with the group sales strategy, promptly solve the pain points of store-side sales and, improve service level, and manage the daily operations of dealers

1. Bachelor degree or above, proficient in Uzbekistan and Russian, English can be used as a working language, Chinese is preferred;
2. Those with sales experience in the automotive industry or retail brand experience, experience in the mobile phone and 3C product industries are preferred;
3. Strong proactive communication skills, clear thinking, and strong adaptability;
4. Diligent and hard-working, with strong ability to withstand pressure.
5. Have good sense of teamwork and strong brand awareness
