UET Construction, a leading Uzbek construction company that provides engineering, procurement, and construction services across various sectors, including power generation, renewable energy, industrial facilities, real estate and civil infrastructure, is seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Specialist to join our Business Development Department. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the construction market, excellent analytical and negotiation skills, and a proven track record of identifying new business opportunities and supporting project acquisition efforts

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in business development and/or sales, preferably in the construction or infrastructure sectors
• Strong knowledge of the construction market in Uzbekistan
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Uzbek, Russian, and English (oral and written)
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
