Role: Senior
Main Skills: (Unreal Engine v5)(C++)
Responsibilities:
- Development and optimization of VR simulations for medical applications using Unreal Engine and C++
- Adapting content for various VR devices, ensuring high quality and performance
- Implementation of complex interactive scenarios that reflect real medical processes
- Participation in the development and improvement of the user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) to enhance immersion in simulations
Requirements:
- Experience: 5+ years in VR development, especially in the field of medical or training simulations
- Technical skills: deep knowledge of Unreal Engine (Blueprints and C++), experience in optimizing VR projects
- Understanding of motion physics, 3D rendering, and post-processing in VR
- Experience with VR SDKs such as Oculus, HTC Vive, or other platforms
- Experience optimizing memory and performance for complex VR applications
- Experience working in international teams, excellent communication skills for effective remote interaction
Skills:

Unreal Engine (UE4/UE5):
- Expertise in using Unreal Engine for VR applications, particularly with Blueprints and C++.
- Strong knowledge of VR-specific features within UE, including performance optimization, real-time rendering, and physics.

Programming in C++:
- Proficiency in C++ for developing and optimizing complex systems within Unreal Engine.
- Ability to create custom tools and functionalities tailored to medical simulations.

VR SDKs:
- Familiarity with VR SDKs, such as Oculus SDK, OpenXR, HTC Vive SDK, or similar.
- Experience configuring and deploying VR applications on various hardware platforms.

3D Graphics and Performance Optimization:
- Strong understanding of 3D rendering, including shaders, lighting, textures, and post-processing effects.
- Skills in optimizing memory usage and frame rates, crucial for smooth VR experiences.

Interactive Systems Design:
- Experience in designing interactive, immersive VR environments.
- Knowledge of UI/UX principles specific to VR to enhance user engagement and realism in medical simulations.

Collaboration Tools and Remote Communication:
- Comfortable using tools like Git, JIRA, Slack, and other project management software.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with a remote team, providing clear progress updates and addressing cross-team requirements.
Nice to have:

- Networking skills to support multi-user simulations
