Building upon this success, subsequent efforts were directed towards the creation and launch of the fully digital bank in Uzbekistan, TBC UZ, in 2020. In a significant move towards enhancing its foothold in the Uzbek market, the group acquired Payme, a prominent local payments provider and esteemed brand among the Uzbek populace, in 2023.
Presently, a dedicated team of 3,000 professionals representing 17 nationalities collaborates to advance TBC's international presence. Space International spearheads the provision of cutting-edge technologies and top-tier professional services, while the local teams at Payme and TBC Uzbekistan drive sustained growth and operational excellence.

We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Digital Acquisition Intern to join our SEO/ASO team. In this role, you’ll gain hands-on experience in both technical and content-driven SEO, helping optimize web performance and visibility across search engines. If you’re curious about digital growth, eager to work with real tools like Google Search Console and Analytics, and excited to learn about HTML, structured data, and page speed optimization — this is a great opportunity to build your skills in a fast-paced, learning-friendly environment.

What you’ll do

• Optimize webpages for search engines (including meta tags and keyword integration)
• Improve page loading speed and overall performance
• Integrate structured data and schema markup for enhanced indexing
• Investigate crawl budget and site indexation issues
• Monitor website health using Google Search Console and similar tools
• Identify and solve crawl errors and technical SEO problems
• Implement tools to ensure efficient search engine visibility
• Generate SEO performance reports and insights
• Analyze user behavior using Google Analytics and other SEO tools
• Use data-driven insights to optimize and enhance web content

What we’re looking for

• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
• Good communication skills
• Eagerness to learn technical and content-based SEO
• Interest in web performance, search engine ranking, and content optimization
• Knowledge of English and Russian languages

Preferred (Not Required)

• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Familiarity with SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, or similar
• Understanding of structured data and schema markup
