I. Job Mission: To lead the team to provide customers with satisfactory service, maintain brand image, and enhance customers' perceived brand value.
II. Job Requirements
1. Associate's degree or above, with at least 2 years of customer service experience;
2. Strong goal planning and execution ability, with experience in management and setting branch goals;
3. Outgoing personality, strong sense of responsibility, strong communication and coordination skills, with experience in organizing team activities;
4. Deep understanding of customer service, with a strong service awareness and consumer-oriented mindset;
III. Main Work Processes, Requirements, and Guidance
1. Responsible for the breakdown of branch performance targets and following up on the achievement of assessment results.
1.1 According to the management center's requirements, responsible for the breakdown of monthly performance targets and the formulation of branch performance targets;
1.2 Reasonably arrange personnel assignments, follow up on the progress of performance assessment, and lead the team to achieve the targets;
2. Responsible for the management of daily branch operations.
2.1 Responsible for handling and reporting customer complaints and emergencies at the branch;
2.2 Responsible for daily review, settlement, and clearing of repair work orders;
2.3 Responsible for supervising and implementing standardized projects such as 6S, call center operations, and on-site service behavior at the branch;
2.4 Responsible for the application and management of branch office materials, tools, equipment, and office supplies;
2.5 Regularly communicate with distributors' business managers to collect feedback and maintain good relationships with distributors;
2.6 Responsible for eliminating potential safety hazards related to personnel, materials, and finances at the branch;
3. Responsible for branch personnel management and team building
3.1 Responsible for the temporary allocation and cover-ups of branch personnel;
3.2 Conduct weekly meetings and morning meetings as planned to summarize experiences and communicate policies;
3.3 Responsible for building a positive team atmosphere at the branch, creating a healthy, positive, and energetic team with shared values;
