The team at OOO ProSight DEV is developing a comprehensive IT platform consisting of a mobile application, a client self-service system, a back-office interface, and a business analytics system. We are looking for a talented and ambitious SMM specialist to join our team.

​​​​​​​Responsibilities:

• Managing company and client social media accounts

• Creating content: text, visuals, stories, short videos

• Developing content plans and contributing to content strategy

• Managing brand positioning on social media

• Running and managing ad campaigns (post promotion)

• Analyzing content and advertising performance

• Preparing regular reports and suggestions to improve results

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in SMM / content management

• Skills in writing and creating visual content

• Experience with tools: Canva, CapCut, Meta Ads, AI tools

• Understanding metrics: reach, engagement, growth, conversions

• Ability to follow a content plan and meet deadlines

• Self-organized and responsible

Conditions:

• Remote work, can be combined with other projects

• Payment: hourly or fixed (negotiable)
