Purpose of the Role:
The purpose of this role is to create high-impact, platform-native social media content that captures attention, sparks emotion, and drives measurable engagement. As a Social Media Copywriter, you will transform ideas into shareable stories, craft hooks that stop the scroll, and write with a deep understanding of how algorithms, retention, and audience behavior shape performance across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter).
Key Responsibilities:

Write and structure viral-style copy — with strong hooks, narrative flow, and emotional payoff.

Create scroll-stopping intros and clear CTA endings for every post.

Adapt copy to different formats (Reels, carousels, static posts, threads, ads).

Collaborate with video editors and designers to match text with pacing and visuals.

Analyze performance metrics (ER, saves, shares) to continuously improve structure and tone.

Brainstorm and script ideas for short-form videos and content series.

Maintain a deep understanding of each platform’s best practices, trends, and storytelling styles.
Requirements:

2+ years of experience writing for social media or content marketing.

Proven track record of creating high-engagement or viral content.

Strong grasp of psychological triggers (curiosity, relatability, tension, reward).

Knows how to structure content: Hook → Story → Payoff → CTA.

Excellent written English and editing skills. (Russian and Uzbek are a plus)

Understands brand tone, visual rhythm, and audience behavior.

Portfolio with examples of viral or high-performing social posts.
Nice to Have:

Experience working with trucking, tech, or B2B SaaS brands.

Familiarity with trend-based scripting (TikTok, Reels).

Knowledge of analytics tools (Meta Insights, Later, Notion dashboards).
- Interest in storytelling frameworks (BrandStory, AIDA, PAS).
