We are a founder-led engineering studio in Tashkent delivering web and Android projects for ASTERONE Japan and global clients. Registered in IT Park, we focus on calm, reliable software development with cross-border delivery expertise.

Our stack: React, Next.js, TypeScript, Django, Node.js, Python, PostgreSQL, Android (Kotlin/Java), Docker, Git, AWS, Google Cloud

What We're Looking For

We need talented software engineers for web and mobile development across various engagement types:

Core Skills:

• Strong experience in web development (React/Next.js, TypeScript) and/or Android development
• Backend knowledge (Node.js, Django, or similar)
• Database experience (PostgreSQL, query optimization)
• Ability to deliver clean, maintainable code independently
• English proficiency for international collaboration
• Comfortable with Git, Docker, and modern DevOps practices

Bonus:

• Familiarity with Japanese work culture
• Cloud platform experience (AWS, GCP)
• Full-stack capabilities

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain web applications and/or Android apps
• Collaborate with international teams (Japan, Uzbekistan, remote)
• Design APIs, database schemas, and scalable architectures
• Participate in code reviews and improve development standards
• Work on projects for ASTERONE Japan and other global clients
