• Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures in line with national and international standards.
• Monitor the academic performance of programs and courses through data collection, reporting, and analysis.
• Support academic departments in preparing for internal and external audits and accreditations.
• Ensure alignment of teaching practices with institutional learning outcomes and quality benchmarks.
• Coordinate surveys for students, faculty, and graduates to evaluate teaching effectiveness and satisfaction.
• Assist in the development of performance indicators and evaluation tools for academic quality.
• Prepare analytical reports and present findings to leadership and accreditation bodies.
• Stay up to date with trends and best practices in higher education quality assurance.

• Master’s degree in Education, Educational Management, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in higher education, quality assurance, or academic program evaluation.
• Strong understanding of national and international quality assurance frameworks (e.g., ESG, Bologna Process, etc.).
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in English.
• Attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively across departments.
