Vacancy: Middle Python Developer

We are looking for a Strong Middle Python Developer to join our product team working on innovative solutions in the insurance sector. The ideal candidate is an experienced backend engineer who values clean architecture, scalability, and performance - ready to take ownership of developing, optimizing, and maintaining backend systems.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain backend systems using Python and Django;
- Design and implement RESTful APIs for seamless communication between services;
- Build and support microservices and integrate AI-driven models into existing workflows;
- Optimize database performance and write efficient SQL queries;
- Collaborate closely with frontend developers, QA engineers, and product managers;
- Support and mentor junior developers by reviewing code and providing constructive feedback;
- Work with Docker for deployment and containerization.

Requirements:
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with Python and Django;
- Strong knowledge of Django Rest Framework, Celery, and PostgreSQL;
- Experience with microservice architecture and API design;
- Understanding of containerization tools (Docker);
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code;
- Experience working with Git and collaborative development workflows;
- Portfolio with at least 30 real projects;
- English - intermediate or higher (for documentation and communication).
