Your day-to-day:

• Understanding business priorities, building and testing hypotheses to stimulate growth of key indicators;
• Work with internal stakeholders to prioritize business tasks;
• Combined analysis of sales, market and consumer/customer feedback to identify new development opportunities;
• Visualization of analytical data, formulation of practical actions, approval with internal and external stakeholders for further implementation;
• Formulation and implementation of a strategy for the development of digital B2B tools;
• Analysis and monitoring of key indicators, including sales, attracting new audiences and users/customers, analysis of customer experience;
• Working with partners, connected with technical integration (payment systems, tools to ensure compliance with legal restrictions);
• Negotiation of terms of cooperation, maintenance and conclusion of contracts (payment terms, credit limits, compensation, etc.);
• Technical support for the user support system and preparing technical specifications;
• Providing recommendations on optimal improvements for the user support system and the products being developed.

Who we're looking for:

• Understanding the processes of internal control and management of business processes;
• Business acumen, understanding of market culture, consumer behavior;-Understanding the fundamentals of trade marketing;
• High level of analytical ability;
• Experience in technical user support;
• Data processing (SQL, Python), experience working with databases and data analysis;
• Ability to write/use APIs;
• Experience in project management and preparing technical specifications (TS);
• Experience in developing web applications (preferred);
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills;
• English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level and above.
