MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB

Responsible for supply chain operations related to Aftersales department, such as import/export, storage, custom clearance, transportation, documentation, payment.

KEY DUTIES AND TASKS

• Assist in planning and implementing the most effective supply chain processes for spare parts and other commodities.
• Arrange Customs Clearance of goods and required documents in a timely manner, with customs brokers, certification agencies, and other vendors.
• Assist in negotiating and solving any problems with customs and logistics vendors upon their occurrence.
• Collect necessary information to evaluate the performance of logistics vendors and brokers.
• Assist in realization of efficient schemes to check damage and quantity of items and claim to logistics vendor, supplier or insurance company in case of damage.
• Monitor regulation, policy and tax condition changes by customs and report to management.
• Prepare product landed cost based on all import related expenses, forex and etc.
• Prepare documentation related to the shipments
• Enter logistics and goods related data to ERP system.
• Prepare periodical reports on logistics operations to management (costs/stock/documents status, etc).
• Follow up with dealers on all outstanding documentation, payments and tasks
• Control and updаtеcurrent contracts with all vendors related to Customs clearing process, Warehouse and Customs brokers.
• Maintain parts inventory by conducting regular physical counts and perpetual checks.
• Arrange timely and proper parts dispatch to dealers in Uzbekistan from the warehouse.
• Participate in activities and trainings organized by the Company.
• Coordinate with other co-workers and other departments to ensure an efficient daily workflow.
• Do regular communication and negotiations with manufacturer, group company and dealers on issues related to daily activities.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in science, mathematics, statistics, business, material, or supply chain management.
• Experience working in supply chain and logistics operations.
• Working knowledge of customs regulations and freight prices.
• Ability to work on own initiative, as a member of a team.
• Working experience in international and multicultural organizations is a plus.
• Knowledge of “1C” or other ERP Software is preferable.
