Position: Full-Time Child Aide

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00–17:00 (school hours)

We are seeking a dedicated and patient individual to provide one-on-one support for a
student, focusing on emotional regulation, social development, and academic
engagement. Strong English skills and a calm, supportive manner are essential.

Requirements:

Recent medical certificate, officially stamped and signed by a licensed clinic;
Official police clearance certificate, stamped by the issuing authority and issued within the past 3 months;
Three verifiable work references from previous employers (family references not accepted, including those by marriage);
Ability to communicate effectively with teachers, parents, and student;
Must notify employer immediately of any change in legal or criminal status;

Conditions:
1-month trial period;
Performance review after 3 months;
Term-end completion bonus of 1%, 2%, or 3% of total earnings, based on overall performance and satisfaction;

Compensation:

Salary range: 3.5–4.5 million UZS per month, depending on experience
