Andersen is hiring a System Administrator to support large-scale digital transformation in banking, ensuring stability and modernization of high-load, mission-critical financial systems.

The customer is an established financial institution operating under a national banking license. It provides a wide range of banking services to retail, SME, and corporate clients, supports economic development initiatives, and continuously enhances its digital capabilities. The organization maintains strong governance standards, collaborates with international partners, and demonstrates устойчивый рост в a dynamic market environment.

The project is a set of large-scale initiatives within a major international bank undergoing active digital transformation. The teams contribute to the development of digital banking channels, payment and lending platforms, external integrations, and the modernization of high-load, mission-critical IT systems that support millions of users and core business processes.

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring uninterrupted operation of server and end-user infrastructure.
• Administering operating systems and managing user accounts.
• Supporting workstations and peripheral equipment.
• Installing and updating software.
• Monitoring systems and resolving first- and second-line support incidents.
• Configuring and maintaining network infrastructure (LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN).
• Managing access rights and data backups.
• Participating in ensuring information security.
• Maintaining technical documentation.
• Participating in the implementation and support of IT solutions.

Must-haves:

• Experience as a System Administrator for 2+ years.
• Experience with processing systems (Tieto / Solar / Way4 / SmartVista) for 1+ year.
• Strong knowledge of development environments (TOAD / SQL Developer, and other systems).
• Experience configuring and analyzing logs, diagnosing, and troubleshooting issues.
• Skills in configuring and maintaining jobs, schedulers, and schedules.
• Knowledge of access control mechanisms.
• Experience in configuring interaction protocols with external processing centers and international payment systems (Visa, MasterCard, UnionPay).
• English level – from Intermediate and above.
