Central Asian University is seeking a detail-oriented and skilled System Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements, analyze existing systems, and recommend effective solutions. The role involves designing system specifications, coordinating with technical teams, and ensuring seamless system integration. The candidate should possess strong technical expertise, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Analyze current systems and processes to identify improvement areas and recommend solutions.
• Design and document system specifications, data flow diagrams, and other technical documentation.
• Develop and maintain system models, prototypes, and architecture.
• Coordinate with developers, QA engineers, and other technical teams to ensure smooth system integration and functionality.
• Support the implementation, testing, and deployment of new systems and updates to existing systems.
• Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and impact analyses for proposed system changes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system performance, functionality, and security issues.
• Provide ongoing maintenance and support for existing systems to meet evolving business needs.
• Ensure system solutions comply with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Certifications such as CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional), CISA (Certified Information Systems Analyst), PMP (Project Management Professional), ITIL, or Agile are highly desirable,
• Work Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in system analysis or a similar role.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with database management systems (e.g., MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle).
• Solid understanding of system design principles and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Familiarity with business analysis tools like Microsoft Visio, JIRA, or similar.
• Knowledge of API design and integration.
• Experience using UML for system architecture, process flow, and interaction design.

Desirable Criteria:

• Hands-on experience with a strong technical background is a plus.
• Basic understanding of the MedTech industry or eagerness to learn healthcare tech needs and regulations.
• Fluency in Uzbek and Russian languages.
