We are seeking Talent Acquisition Supervisor to join our Dream Team!

As a Talent Acquisition Supervisor, you will:
- Fill vacancies in the region across Construction, Operation & Maintenance, and Corporate functions, providing guidance on diversity best practices and talent attraction.
- Manage all recruitment stages, from briefing profiles with managers to making job offers and compensation recommendations.
- Partner with stakeholders on strategic and tactical recruitment, utilizing creative sourcing methods and employer branding.
- Cultivate solid relationships with hiring managers, external partners, and internal recruiting teams.
- Focus on diversity to actively seek diverse candidates and ensure equality of opportunity.
- Build a pipeline of top talent and engage passive candidates through effective sourcing channels.
- Monitor local labor market trends and legislative changes, while promoting ACWA Power as an Employer of Choice.

Minimum Experience:
- Demonstrated full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in-house (agency experience is a plus).
- Ability to prioritize and manage a diverse requisition workload effectively.
- Strong customer service orientation with the capacity to influence senior stakeholders professionally.
- Proactive mindset to adapt swiftly to changing priorities.
- Positive attitude and the ability to take on responsibilities with optimism.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and strong influencing, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Fluency in English, Russian, and Uzbek is essential for business needs and professional growth.
