Key Responsibilities:

• Thoroughly and accurately analyses information;
• Prepares practical and creative solutions to the client’s situation;
• Arrives at appropriate conclusions, recommendations and implementation of tasks, and makes quality decisions in the more complex, judgmental areas after consulting with others, when appropriate;
• Prepares clearly written memos, drafts client correspondence, documents all tax work for review by others;
• Follows the company’s Global compliance process and tools including but not limited to Quality and Risk Management policy;

• Maintains an educational program to develop personal skills on an ongoing basis;
• Builds strong internal relationships with members of the team and external clients;
• Conducts performance reviews and contributes to performance feedback for junior team members.

Key Requirements:

• University degree with major in Finance /Accounting/Economics (Masters degree is a Plus);
• 5+ years of experience in Finance / Accounting / Taxation in industry or similar 3+ years in Big4;
• Understanding of the tax law, be able to critically evaluate the taxation principles applied;
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to present technical data to senior firm leadership;
• Flexibility and commitment;
• Ability to handle multiple tasks;
• Resourceful and able to use own initiative;
• Strong desire to learn and further own knowledge;
• Team player with excellent communication skills.
• Advanced level of English, Russian (written and oral); knowledge of Uzbek is a Plus
• Strong MS Office skills.
