Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for new candidates.

• Conduct workshops and training sessions on best practices in English language teaching.

• Provide one-on-one coaching and feedback to new teachers to enhance their instructional techniques.

• Assess teacher performance and identify areas for improvement.

• Stay updated on the latest trends and methodologies in English language teaching.

• Collaborate with the HR team to align training initiatives with organizational goals

• Foster a positive and supportive learning environment for new candidates (teachers).

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Education, English, Linguistics, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

• TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certification or equivalent.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in teaching English as a second language.

• Proven experience in teacher training or professional development.

• Strong understanding of various teaching methodologies and assessment techniques.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to motivate and inspire teachers to improve their practice.

• Proficiency in using technology and digital tools for teaching and training.
