Key Responsibilities:

1. Toll Management

• Maintain active toll accounts (EZ-Pass, PrePass, etc.) for all vehicles
• Monitor balances and ensure timely replenishment
• Prevent toll violations and device issues

2. Cost Control & Reporting

• Track toll expenses by truck, driver, and route
• Identify cost-saving opportunities through route optimization
• Prepare regular expense reports

3. Dispatch & Driver Support

• Support dispatch in selecting cost-efficient routes
• Assist drivers with toll-related issues
• Provide backup solutions (manual payments, alternate routes)

Requirements

• Experience in logistics, transportation, dispatch, or operations (preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in working with data
• Good analytical skills and ability to track expenses and identify patterns
• Confident user of Excel (basic to intermediate level required)
• Ability to multitask and work under time pressure
• Good communication skills to interact with drivers and dispatch team
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to act quickly in operational situations
• English (basic–intermediate level, depending on internal communication needs)
