KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Trade Strategy Development:
- Create and implement trade marketing plans aligned with overall business objectives;
- Analyze market trends and consumer insights to identify opportunities for growth;
Joint Marketing Initiatives:
- Develop co-branded marketing campaigns to strength the company’s and the partner's positioning on the market.
- Plan and execute joint promotions or events that attract customers and drive sales.
- Work closely with KA partners to align on mutual business objectives, ensuring both parties benefit from the collaboration.
Collaboration with Sales Teams:
- Work closely with sales teams to understand retailer needs and preferences.
- Develop promotional materials and sales tools to support the sales process.
Retail Activation:
- Design and execute in-store promotions and events to drive product visibility and sales.
- Coordinate with retailers for effective merchandising and product placement.
Market Analysis:
- Monitor and analyze competitor activities and market trends to adjust strategies accordingly.
- Conduct regular assessments of trade marketing performance and effectiveness
— Budget Management & Reporting:
- Manage the trade marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources for maximum impact.
- Track spending and return on investment (ROI) for all trade marketing initiatives.
- Develop and maintain reports on trade marketing performance, sales data, and market insights.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with product development, marketing, and supply chain teams to ensure successful product launches.
- Work with the digital marketing team to integrate online and offline trade initiatives.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners and distributors.
- Gather feedback from partners to inform future marketing strategies and product development.
REQUIREMENTS
— At Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
— Proven experience in trade marketing or related roles, preferably in the technology or consumer electronics sector.
—Strong analytical skills and experience with market research.
—Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
—Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
—Familiarity with retail operations and sales processes.
