Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement customer marketing strategies to strengthen brand presence in the pharmaceutical market.

• Coordinate and execute marketing and trade activities with cross-functional teams and external partners.

• Drive category growth through effective promotional campaigns, customer engagement programs, and channel development.

• Manage local execution of global and regional marketing initiatives.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to identify opportunities for growth.

• Control marketing budget and ensure efficiency of investments.

• Prepare regular reports and presentations on marketing performance.

Requirements:

• University degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Customer/Trade Marketing in FMCG or Healthcare/Pharma companies.

• Proven experience in coordinating trade/marketing execution and managing projects in a complex environment.

• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and collaboration skills.

• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and multi-country teams.

• Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
