The SpaceZero LTD announces a vacancy for the position of Travel Agent

Responsibilities:

​​​• Arrange international flight reservations according to clients’ needs
• Develop and maintain business relationship through regular contact
• Advise clients on available products, travel dates, costs, and accommodations
• Handle travel problems, complaints, or refunds that may arise
•Ability to work at night shift (after 20:00)
• Meet profit and sales targets

Requirements:

• Advising English-speaking clients
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work independently with attention to detail
• Travel experience is a plus but not required
