Duties and responsibilities

• Prepare payment orders
• Execute disbursement(payments) in domestic & foreign currency for Account Payables
• Cash Receipt(Income) and Cash Flow Management
• Bank Reconciliation between Bank Balance and F/S(Book/Ledger)
• Corporate Card Management
• Control/Manage the corporate budget
• Monthly Closing in SAP
• Preparation of documentation for external and internal auditors (Quarterly)
• Ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisors on the Reporting Line within the company and HQ.

Qualifications

• Experience

- At least 1 years work for this profile

• Knowledge

- Knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping practices

- Knowledge of accounting rules, regulations, policies and procedures

- Knowledge of Tax (Corporate tax, VAT, excise tax)

- Knowledge and experience of accounting computer applications

- Microsoft Applications

- SAP

• Skills

- Time Management

- General Math Skills

- Research Skills

• Language

- English: Intermediate

Education

• Academic Qualification

- Bachelor's degree (Master Degree Optional)

• Preferred Academic Major

- Accounting/ Economics/ Business Management

Working conditions

• This position is full time regular job and is supposed to 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
• Work location is the center of the city and can have business trip if necessary
• The organization structure may change depending on the growth of the KT&G Business, and the position and duties may be raised accordingly.
