Обязанности:

• Identify and analyze startups for potential investment (pre-seed and seed stage)
• Conduct market research, due diligence, and financial analysis
• Support preparation of investment memos, presentations, and internal reports
• Work closely with founders during the acceleration program
• Maintain and updаtеthe startup pipeline database
• Assist in structuring investment deals and post-investment tracking
• Collaborate with internal and external partners, including universities and incubators
• Represent the fund at startup events, demo days, and networking opportunities

Требования:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in business, finance, economics, or related fields
• Proven interest or experience in startups, investments, or consulting
• Solid understanding of venture capital instruments (SAFE, Convertible Note, etc.)
• Analytical thinking, attention to detail, and strong communication skills
• Proficient in Uzbek, English, and Russian (all three are mandatory)
• Excellent MS Excel / PowerPoint / Google Workspace skills
• Ready to work onsite full-time in our Tashkent office
