Vice Principal’s Assistant (Middle & High School)

Responsibilities:

• Provide daily administrative assistance to the Middle & High School Vice Principal

• Schedule and coordinate meetings, events, and professional development sessions

• Assist with maintaining school records, reports, student files, and attendance logs

• Draft official communications and internal memos as directed

• Serve as a translator parents regarding scheduling, policies, and communications

• Support student behavior management procedures and maintain behavior records

• Assist in planning and organizing school-wide and grade-level events, assemblies, and extracurricular activities

• Maintain communication among faculty, administration, and support staff

• Help track teacher absences and arrange classroom coverage

• Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Administration, or a related field (preferred)

• Prior experience in a school environment or administrative role

• Strong organizational and time-management skills

• Excellent communication skills in English, Uzbek and Russian is a must

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, etc.)

• High level of discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail

• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Understanding of international school systems and student support services (preferred).
