• Provide legal advice and support to the Medical School administration and departments.

• Draft, review, and negotiate various types of agreements (employment, service, research, academic, and partnership contracts).

• Ensure compliance with local laws, university policies, and medical education standards.

• Prepare internal regulations, policies, and legal documentation.

• Represent the university in legal matters when required.

• Monitor legislative changes affecting higher education and healthcare institutions.

• Conduct training or consultations for staff on relevant legal and regulatory issues.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law (from a recognized university).

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a Legal Counsel, preferably in education or healthcare.

• Strong knowledge of civil, labor, and administrative law.

• Experience working with educational or governmental institutions is an advantage.

• Excellent drafting and communication skills in Uzbek and Russian; proficiency in English is a strong plus.

• High attention to detail, integrity, and ability to work independently.

• Englich C1 level.
