Central Asian University seeks for Career Development Specialist for full-time position within Career Center.

Responsibilities :

• Provide individual and group consultations on career growth, resume and cover letter writing, and interview preparation;
• Organize and conduct career-related events, including job fairs, workshops, and training sessions;
• Establish and maintain relationships with employers and organizations to create internship and employment opportunities;
• Analyze the career development needs of students and alumni, and prepare reports and recommendations for program improvement;
• Сollaborate with faculty and academic departments to provide support in finding employers for students internships;

• Support the creation and updating of informational resources for students and alumni (guides).

  
  

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field. A Master's degreeis preferred;
• 1-3 years of experience in career counseling, student affairs, human resources, or a related field;
• Technical Skills: MS Office, MS Outlook, MS Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint;
• Languages: Fluent in English, Russian and Uzbek intermediate preferred;

• Communication skills, organizational skills, knowledge of career counseling techniques.

  
  

Work Conditions:

• Schedule: 5 days a week, 9:00 to 18:00;
