Обязанности:

• Design and implement specific social work practice and community engagement initiatives and programs.
• Facilitate meetings, focus groups, and other engagement activities to gather input and feedback.
• Collect and analyze feedback from social work practice and community engagement activities.
• Report findings and recommendations to the relevant stakeholders.
• Support the development and implementation of social work practice and community engagement initiatives and social service programs.
• Facilitate partnerships with practice and community organizations, local authorities, and service providers to enhance program delivery and impact.
• In collaboration with the CSSW team and other specialists, conduct needs assessments and community consultations to ensure programs are responsive to local needs.
• Utilize the findings to inform program development and policy recommendations.
• Coordinate the logistics of projects, including scheduling, resource allocation, and volunteer management.
• Document and report on program outcomes, contributing to evaluations and strategic adjustments.
• Support advocacy efforts and policy development to promote social work practices and community well-being.
• Report to Director and Deputy Director on performed work, as well as proposals for future work plans.

Требования:

• Advanced Degree in Social Work, Community Development, Public Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in social work direct and/or mezzo level practice, community outreach, program development, and project management within a social services context.
• Strong understanding of community dynamics and the specific needs of vulnerable populations in Uzbekistan.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, crucial for engaging diverse community stakeholders and facilitating group activities.
• Proven ability to adapt strategies based on the feedback and evolving requirements.
• Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and other relevant management software.
• Proven ability to produce reports and/or research papers with a good command of social protection issues.
• Fluency in English is an asset
