We are seeking a talented and motivated individual with experience in the gambling/betting industry, and a willingness to relocate to join our dynamic team in Bucharest.

Key Responsibilities:

-Develop and implement CRM strategies to enhance customer loyalty and retention.

-Analyse customer data to segment the customer base and create targeted marketing campaigns.

-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute CRM initiatives, such as loyalty programs and retention strategies.

-Monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing recommendations for optimization.

-Utilize CRM tools and systems, including Smartico, to effectively manage customer data and track customer interactions.

-Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for customer engagement.

-Provide training and support to internal teams on CRM practices and processes.

-Design and manage customer surveys to gather feedback and improve customer satisfaction.

-Identify and resolve customer issues by leveraging CRM insights.

-Develop and maintain detailed reports on CRM activities and their impact on business goals.

-Stay updated with the latest CRM technologies and best practices to continuously improve CRM processes.

Requirements:

-1-2 years working with Customer Loyalty Programs, Customer Journey Tracking, and CRM.

-Experience supporting online loyalty programs.

-Knowledge of CRM platforms like Smartico (preferred).

-High attention to detail and ability to multitask priorities with tight deadlines.

-Ability to gather information and build reports that clearly state results and make recommendations for improvements.

-Ability to work both independently and in cross-functional settings.

-Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

-Experience in the gambling/betting industry is a must.

-Willingness to relocate and work on-site in Bucharest, Romania.
