Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring a high level of customer service for clients using our fuel cards.
  • Handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat (consultations, troubleshooting, providing product and service information).
  • Promptly resolving issues related to fuel card services (card replacement, blocking, activation, changing limits, etc.).
  • Collaborating with other departments (logistics, finance, IT) to resolve customer issues.
  • Maintaining customer reports and databases.
  • Proactively proposing solutions to improve customer experience and optimize service operations.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in customer support (preferably in logistics, transportation, or fuel card sales).
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to handle objections.
  • Spanish Proficiency: C1 level or higher
  • English Proficiency: C1 level or higher
  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and stress resistance.
  • Ability to work with large volumes of information and multitask.
  • Proficiency in computer programs (MS Office, CRM systems).
  • Basic knowledge of logistics is a plus.
