Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver architectural drawings for airport construction in compliance with local norms and standards;
• Provide design drawings, specifications, and monitor deliverables throughout the project;
• Coordinate with site execution team and vendors to ensure design intent is maintained;
• Lead design localization efforts and adapt drawings in coordination with foreign consultants;
• Conduct meetings and presentations in local language to discuss schemes and deliverables with stakeholders.

Requirements:

• 5-year degree program in Architecture
• Valid license to practice architecture in Uzbekistan
• 5-6 years of experience in commercial building design
• Thorough knowledge of Tashkent building codes, safety standards, and zoning laws
• Minimum 3 years of experience with Revit (including architectural sheet creation) and AutoCAD
• Prior experience working on BIM platforms with multi-disciplinary teams
• Proficiency in Photoshop/SketchUp
• Expert proficiency in English, Russian, and Uzbek languages
• Strong interpersonal and networking skills
• Experience with local adaptation of drawings in coordination with foreign consultants (preferred)
