Finance Manager | Finance Controller
Ability to work in Alcohol or Tabaco industry is a mandatory.
Basic Finance Functions: Treasury, Budget, Accounting, Tax, Asset Management, ICFR
Duties and Responsibilities
- Accounting / Closing Management
- Responsible for overseeing the accounting procedures of the company and making recommendations to process changes as needed. Ensure an accurate and timely monthly and year-end close process and make process change recommendations as needed.
- Prepare all accounting records & financial statements timely.
- Work with 3rd party accounting firm to complete audits.
- Tax Management
- Oversee tax filings.
- Work with 3rd party tax advisory firm to complete Tax audits.
- Managing and preparing transfer pricing documentation to support intra-group transactions in compliance with regulations.
- Treasury Management
- Oversee forecast cash flow positions.
- Update for all expenditure. Keep proper cash level for operation.
- Managing all banking transaction and corp.cards processing.
- Managing Accounts Receivables. Inspect/check accounts receivable status regularly and track the related records. Communicate with relevant parties in order to manage payment/deposit.
- Develop, present, and oversee financial budgets on an annual and quarterly basis.
- Fixed Asset Management
- Managing fixed asset records and develop Plans for Annual Physical. Inspection of Assets.
- Finance Reporting Management
- Obtain and maintain a thorough understanding of the financial reporting and general ledger structure. Report to parent company to complete consolidated financial statements. Reporting to respond to government authority regarding tax and other official requests. Ensure the timely and accurate reporting of all financial information on a regular and ad hoc basis.
- ICFR Design, Implementation, and Operation
- Perform necessary tasks and review work of PICs in order to achieve the design, implementation, and operation of ICFR in accordance with Group ICFR Policy and Guidance with the aim of KT&G Group obtaining an Unmodified Opinion by the Group Auditor for Integrated Audit (ICFR and Financial Statements).
- To prepare audit reports, including understanding business operations, scoping the audit, identifying risks and controls, designing and executing testing with minimal oversight.
- Effectively conduct data analysis to facilitate audit scoping and testing.
- Interpret the associated risks, develop testing approaches, and propose solutions.
- Communicate with Group ICFR Team.
- Support Financial Function
- Produce, update, and provide best practice support on documents, databases, and other departmental systems to support the work of more senior colleagues. Tasks could include purchasing materials, entering budgetary information, time and expense recording, and similar.
- Ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisors on the Reporting Line within the company and HQ.
Qualifications
- Experience
- 5+ years of experience in Finance/Accounting department in a FMCG industry.
- 3+ years of experience in manufacturing cost accounting in a FMCG industry.
- 5+ years of experience as a finance manager.
- Experience in both 1C and/or SAP systems.
- 3+ years of experience as Chief Accountant in a FMCG industry factory (Preferred).
- Knowledge
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Keep abreast of changes in legislations with respect to accounting/tax/finance.
- In-depth knowledge of IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards).

Education
- Academic Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree (Master Degree Optional).
