Are you an experienced leader with a passion for optimizing fleet operations? We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Fleet Manager to oversee our daily fleet operations. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the Fleet Department, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Manage and optimize fleet performance, including vehicle maintenance, scheduling, and logistics.
• Monitor and control fleet-related expenses, implementing cost-saving measures where possible.
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and service providers to ensure quality service and competitive pricing.
• Analyze data and generate reports on fleet performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
• Lead and mentor the fleet team, fostering a culture of safety, efficiency, and accountability.
• Collaborate with other departments to align fleet operations with overall company objectives.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in fleet management or a related field within the trucking industry.
• Strong understanding of transportation regulations and compliance standards.
