Vacancy: Head of IT Academy Development

We are looking for a highly experienced and skilled professional to lead the strategic development and management of our IT Academy. Our mission is to establish a leading academy in modern technologies and innovations.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the strategic development plan for the academy.
• Design and manage educational programs in modern IT fields.
• Establish courses in the following areas:
• Artificial Intelligence (AI)
• Data Science
• Cloud Computing
• Cybersecurity
• Game Development
• Introduce training programs aligned with market demands.
• Build and manage a team of qualified instructors.
• Foster partnerships with local and international IT companies.
• Develop and execute marketing and branding strategies for the academy.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in the IT industry (experience in management or project leadership is preferred).
• Experience in developing and managing academic or practical training programs.
• Strong understanding of modern technologies, platforms, and IT industry needs.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Fluency in English, Uzbek, and Russian.
• A portfolio showcasing practical experience is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience participating in international IT projects.
• Advanced methods for training and developing instructors.
• Proven success in combining technology and education in projects.
