Position: HR Coordinator
Location: Canadian School of Tashkent (CST), Tashkent, Uzbekistan
Contract Type: Full-Time, Onsite
Start Date: As soon as possible
The Canadian School of Tashkent (CST) is the first Canadian international school in Uzbekistan, delivering a modern, skill-focused, Canadian education licensed by Nova Scotia, Canada. We are looking to appoint a dynamic and dedicated HR Coordinator urgently. If you are passionate about people, making a positive impact, and supporting a thriving school community, we would love to hear from you.
Coordinate recruitment and onboarding processes for staff across all school functions
Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR policies and employment matters
Assist with performance management processes and employee relations cases
Ensure HR activities comply with Uzbekistan Labour Law and CST policies
Prepare and maintain accurate payroll inputs, leave records, and employee files
Support staff engagement, recognition, and training initiatives
Maintain and updаtеemployee data in the HR management information system and ensure data accuracy
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 2-3 years HR experience (ideally in an international or educational environment)
Familiarity with Uzbekistan Labour Code
Strong organizational and administrative skills
Excellent communication skills in English and Uzbek (Russian is an advantage)
High level of integrity, discretion, and attention to detail
