Position Summary:

Abrau Capital team seeks analysts to assist in financial modeling, conducting research and provide general support across various projects. The analyst will play a direct role in transaction teams and will interact regularly with senior bankers.

Essential Duties:

• Analyzing detailed corporate and financial information;
• Analyzying the market within the framework of M&A transactions
• Preparing financial models/valuation analysis and pitch books for marketing and execution purposes;
• Conducting research to help identify potential buyers, acquisition targets, and financial investors, in addition to economic, industry, and sector research;
• Assisting senior bankers with daily and weekly analytical and industry research materials;
• Maintaining and updating contact management systems;
• Maintaining internal databases of comparable transactions, deals in the market, and other relevant data for senior bankers;
• Supporting execution across all business lines.

Required qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree with a record of high academic achievement;
• Understanding of the principles of financial accounting, corporate finance, and capital markets;
• Interest in working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Intermediate knowledge of the electronic tables and presentation software;
• Strong quantitative background;
• Ability to travel;
• Strong proficiency in English, Russian and Uzbek language.
