About Us: Citifuel LLC (offices in Uzbekistan and the USA), a company providing discount fuel cards in the USA. We are seeking for a Lead Pre - Qualifying Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Identifying and reaching out to potential customers through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation methods;
• Qualify leads from paid/free websites, LinkedIn, Indeed and internal databases;
• Assess leads through, calls, emails or social media to ensure alignment with target profiles (e.g trucking companies, fleet owners);
• Build rapport to warm up leads for senior sales agents;
• Maintain lead records in the CRM and track progress;
• Reporting on sales activities, results, and forecasts to sales manager or senior management.

Requirements:

• Interest in sales and customer communication; prior experience is a plus;
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office/ Google Workspace.

Skills:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills;
• Rapport - building and lead nurturing expertise;
• Problem- solving and objection – handling skills.

Qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred, but can be a student;

• Advanced English and Russian;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Ability to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions;
• Good organizational and time management skills.
