Обязанности:

• Under the guidance of the Chief Social Work Practice and Community Engagement Specialist, assist in conducting assessments to identify the needs, priorities, and concerns of different community groups.
• Support the development and implementation of community engagement initiatives and social service programs.
• Facilitate community meetings, focus groups, and other engagement activities to gather input and feedback.
• Assist in conducting needs assessments and community consultations to ensure programs are responsive to local needs.
• Collect and analyze feedback from community engagement activities.
• Develop and disseminate information to communities about social protection programs and services.
• Ensure that communication is clear, accessible, and culturally appropriate.
• Provide support to community groups in organizing and advocating for their needs.
• Report to the Chief Social Work Practice and Community Engagement Specialist on performed work, as well as proposals for future work plan.

Требования:

• Degree in Social Work, Community Development, Public Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in community outreach, program development, and project management within a social services context.
• Strong understanding of community dynamics and the specific needs of vulnerable populations in Uzbekistan.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, crucial for engaging diverse community stakeholders and facilitating group activities.
• Proven ability to adapt strategies to community feedback and evolving project requirements.
• Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and other relevant management software.
• Proven ability to produce reports and/or research papers with a good command of social protection issues.
• Fluency in English is an asset.
