Responsibilities:

1. Provide legal advice and support, deal with company contracts, agreements and legal documents.
2. Ensure that the company's operations comply with relevant laws and regulations to prevent legal risks.
3. Participate in commercial negotiations and provide legal advice and programs.
4. Manage all legal matters related to the company, including intellectual property protection, compliance inspection, etc.
5. Handle legal disputes and litigation cases on behalf of the company.
6. Follow up the latest legal and regulatory changes and updаtеthe company's compliance policy.

Requirements:

​​​​​​​​​​​​​​1. Education: Bachelor of Law or above, major in law.
2. Experience: at least 3 years of legal work experience.
3. Language: Good English or Chinese listening, speaking, reading and writing skills are required.
4. Skills: legal analysis, research, negotiation and copywriting ability.
5. Knowledge: In-depth understanding of commercial law, contract law, labor law, etc.
6. Computer skills: Proficient in MS Office software, especially Word and PowerPoint.
